UC Irvine's student-driven STMS initiative is pioneering the Variable Emissivity Device (VED) to master satellite temperature regulation. This unique device, destined for a 2U Cube Satellite in a sun-synchronous orbit, can adjust its heat absorption and emission. The Space team combines advanced simulations with hands-on experiments to optimize this technology, promising enhanced satellite reliability and a leap in spacecraft thermal management.

This project involved creating an autonomous robot steered by a bell crank mechanism and powered by a solenoid propulsion system. Using Arduino IDE for programming, the team utilized a magnetometer and limit switch for navigation. Mechanical challenges spurred innovative solutions, optimizing the robot's movement with readily available materials and strategic adjustments to propulsion angles.

The “To The Moon" project provides a user-centric tool designed for novice investors to navigate the complexities of stock investments. We utilize comprehensive data from Google Finance, offering a clearer understanding of day trading and long-term investments, focusing specifically on stock market fluctuations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginners, day traders, and those inspired to invest due to increased downtime from the pandemic will find this tool exceptionally beneficial.

Using SOLIDWORKS, I modeled and simulated a solid-body electric guitar, and attempted to conduct stress and strain tests on the guitar strings to evaluate their performance and durability under various conditions.
